Ofice hours?
Our headquarters is located in Santa Fe Springs, California, right outside of Los Angeles. We are open Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30 pm PST. We have an online store where orders can be done 24hrs a day 7 days a week.

Back Orders?
If the merchandise ordered is not in stock, it will be placed on back order for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days. Unless we have a customer authorization to hold merchandise on back order longer than 60 days, it will automatically be cancelled.

Warranty?
Every tool listed is warranted for a period of six months against defective material or workmanship. Warranty does not apply to tools mishandled or misused, etched, stamped or otherwise marked or damaged.

Return policy?
Return authorization must be obtained before acceptance of any return for adjustment. All returns must be prepaid and accompanied by an invoice or original packing slip. We will accept merchandise for return, other than special made to order items, within 30 days of purchase. If any item cannot be returned to stock (unless defective) adjustments will not be made. Please call Toll Free before returning any merchandise so we may understand the nature of the problem. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

Damaged, Lost or Short Shipments?
Notify your local UPS or other carrier’s office immediately, no later than five (5) days after receipt of the merchandise. Also advise us so that we can reship the merchandise and place a claim. Keep all goods and containers for inspection until advised to dispose.
