W314 series comes with a 45˚ helix Standard eccentric relief or available with primary & secondary and cylindrical land upon request.
Both Series have roughing and finishing capabilities while maintaining smoother and quieter milling operation and are available in Square End or Radius

New Product From: 2/1/2012 Modern Machine Shop Precision Cutting Tools' AXC series drill features a triple-margin drill point designed to create a stronger, more-symmetrical, seff-centering end geometry. The accurate drill is well-suited for high-penetration applications in aluminum, the company says. A 15-degree internal coolant design improves chip evacuation and controls temperatures throughout machining. The spiral-fluted, right-hand drills are available in diameters ranging from 3 to 20 mm with 3xD to 30xD models. These are coated with Z-Power (ZrN) to increase wear resistance.

The SXC series of high performance long drills are said to last a long time, run quickly and reduce downtime because of prenature tool changes when machining stainless steel and cas materials. The long drills are spiral fluted, right-hand cut with spiral shaped, internal coolant, with depths at 16xD, 20xD, 25xD and 30xD. These long drills are designed with 135-degree split point geometry, offer superior drill penetration and accurate as the cam release drill point creates stronger, more symmetrical end geometry, self-centering with high penetration capabilities, the company says.
