Regrind

Cost Savings. PCT understands the need for and will work with you to cut costs. That is why we are offering a full sharpening service that will save you money by avoiding or at least postponing the purchase of new tools.
CNC Grinding. We use the most advanced CNC grinding equipment that assures the highest quality for your re-sharpened and re-conditioned tooling. We perform the Grinding of all High Speed, Cobalt PM and Carbide cutting tools utilizing 6-axis CNC tool and cutter grinders
Pricing. We offer a simplified pricing on all reconditioned tooling.
Contract Pricing. We offer special pricing on volume contract orders. We can set up a program of scheduled tool maintenance that can further reduce your costs and improve turn around time.
Packaging/Inspection. We carefully package all returned tools for our customer's convenience. Tools are bagged and identified by size and type of tool. We do a final inspection on all tooling prior to shipment to assure quality.
Quality assurance. Your cutting tools will be reground to original specifications. If you are not completely satisfied with a tool, we will work with you until you are completely satisfied. We want to earn your business on a long-term repeat basis.
Coating. Since we have our own on site PVD coating facility, we are able to offer the most advanced coatings with 1-2 day turnaround.
